По-русски: они сожалеют о данной неприятности. Бракованный сет можно оставить себе. Диск они вышлют повторно. За доставку они просят 46 долларов, но также вернут эту сумму на карточку.
В интернете пишут, что сначала они всё таки снимут эту сумму у сеня, а только потом вернут. Надо топать в банкомат, кинуть денег.
