my plan is to stay on this plan for 42 days. 42 very long days.
1.yoga, every morning 30 minuts, ashtanga yoga (powerful joga, lots of movements)
2.herbal tea
3. vegetables juice, freshly squeezed.
4.be positive, you have alternative.
if thiswill not work jou can do surgery.
so I have stoped eating at 6 pm, australian time...
