16:14 21-12-2016 Chicken stuffed with pork and vegetables
1 chicken
2-3 potatoes
1 little marrow
2-3 carrots
3 - 5 tomatoes
2-3 onion bulbs
1-2 garlic cloves
100 g vegetable oil

Wach chicken thoroughly both outside and inside, rub it with salt and pepper, and brown in a frying-pan. Make the filling: slice and mix potatoes, carrots, marrow, tomatoes, onions and garlic and fry it in the pan for 10 - 15 minutes. Add boiled and finely sliced port and fr for 10 minutes. Stuff the chicken with filling, put into a deep vessel, pour in water and cook for 1 hour. Before serving to the table, decorate with tomatoes, olives and greens.
