- 6:30 get up
- 6:45 - 7:15 50 burpee+workout
- 7:15 - 7:45 shower
- 8:00 - 8:30 breakfast
- 10:00 - 10:15 cookies
- 13:00 - 13:30 lunch
- 16:00 - 16:30 eat smth (what?)
- 19:00 - 19:30 evening walk (think about place)
- 20:00 - 20:30 dinner
- 22:30 sleep
And when I should work?
Weekend
- 10:00 wake up how it goes, because It's WEEKEND!
- 10:15 - 10:45 burpee+workout
- 10:45 - 11:15 shower
- 11:30 - 12:00 breakfat
- 14:00 - 14:30 lunch
- 16:30 - 17:00 walk/run
- 18:00 - 18:30 dinner
- 20:00 - 20:30 extra dinner
- 22:30 sleep
Generally seems good, only one question when do I have time to rest or cooking?
But a system is a system.
And what is I doing right now? I'm drinking whiskey, watching Netflix, and tomorrow I should wake up at 6:30!
