So, my brilliant system sucks. I need the new one.
I believe that it's real exist, cause I don't sit on the couch and drinking coke, I do something every day.
First of all, no more timing. I want to sleep in the morning, and I can do it, cause I'm from Internet Technologies.
Second, I wand to eat, when I want to eat. It's necessary to realize, I should want to eat not earlier than 2-3 hours since last food.
And third, I shoul go to the bed not earlier than 2-3 hours since dinner.
Thinking, thinkng, thinking...
And we have:
- Wake up + glass of water
- Workout
- Shower and breakfast
- Lunch
- Go for a walk - it's must have. I never do it, actually (sad face), but I have to do it every day.
- Dinner
- Sleep
