Азалія росла і розквітала поки я не вирішила її підживити. Спеціальним добривом для азалій. І тут сталося вщент жахливе! Листочки обвисли, квіточки зав'яли, рослина пожалітися на те, що вона відчуває не може, а в мережі купа описів різних проблем азалій, треба хуткими темпами розбиратися і вирішувати як бути! Перше що я підозрювала, була коренева гниль, як наслідок надмірного поливу. Останнім часом тоді чомусь було достатньо зовсім трошки полити, як з під горщіка на піддон починала виливатися вода... І треба було рослину пересадити, але перед тим подивитися, чи є гнилі коренці. Але ж тут нюанс, азалію можна пересаджувати лише методом перевалки саме тому що коріння дуже ніжне і його легко пошкодити! Ще перекопую купу матеріалу з гугла. Поодинокі випадки коли рослину, пересаджують до закінчення цвітіння, описували пересадку приблизно так я і уявила. Вийнувши азалію повністю із землею, кладуть замочуватися у воду, а потім коли відмокший грунт відпаде дивляться, чи треба видаляти коріння, чи ні. Я замовила все необхідне в Епіцентрі: грунт для азалій, дренаж з керамзиту, горщик, перліт. І коли забрала посилки, які їхали із різних міст України, із поштомату, то негайно почала діяти! І ось виявилося що грунту в тому транспортировочному горщику, в якому я її купила, майже не було, як і дренажу... Коли я потім описувала це мамі по телефону, вона сказала, що їй просто не було що їсти і вона, в один момент, не витримала!

Я пересадила її точно за інструкцією, зрізавши всі квіточки і зайві паростки, як виявилося, дуже вдало. Але прийшлося попереживати. Я вже ніколи не забуду як, протягом двох годин, відмивала потроху це коріння, яким вона заповнювала її старий горщик майже повністю. Це настільки щільно сплетений комок, що перш ніж я змогла зрозуміти якого воно коліру і ступеню твердості, пройшло не так і мало часу. В думках я просила її пережити все це, зверталася до неї, запитувала, чи має вона волю чтоб вижити? Виявилося, що має, мая прекрасна. Зараз вже азалія обростає новими листями і видно що зараз догляд їй до вподоби. В неї тепер дуже добрий грунт, із перлітом для кращою аерації, і я навіть наклеїла скотчем до шибки вікна лист кальки, щоб світло було яскравим але розсіяним! І мама мене похвалила, бо азалія вважається самой складною кімнатною рослиною і мама ніколи не брала до дому родедендрони, тож не могла давати багато порад

And it was necessary to transplant the plant, but before that, see if there are rotten roots. But there is a nuance here, azalea can be transplanted only by the transshipment method precisely because the roots are very delicate and can be easily damaged! I'm still digging through a bunch of material from Google.

In isolated cases when a plant is transplanted before the end of flowering, the transplant was described approximately as I imagined it. After removing the azalea completely with the soil, put it to soak in water, and then when the soaked soil falls off, see if it is necessary to remove the roots or not. I ordered everything I needed at Epicenter: soil for azaleas, expanded clay drainage, a pot, perlite. And when she took the parcels that were going from different cities of Ukraine, from the post machine, she immediately started to act! And so it turned out that there was almost no soil in the transport pot in which I bought it, as well as drainage... When I later described it to my mother on the phone, she said that she simply had nothing to eat and she, in one moment, I couldn't stand it!

I transplanted it exactly according to the instructions, cutting off all the flowers and extra sprouts, as it turned out, it was very successful. But I had to be worry. I will never forget how, for two hours, I washed these roots, little by little, with which she filled her old pot almost completely. It is such a tightly woven lump that before I could understand what color and degree of hardness it was, not much time passed. In my mind, I asked her to survive all this, turned to her, asked if she had the will to survive? It turned out that it has, my beautiful one. Now the azalea is already growing new leaves and it is clear that it now likes the care. She now has very good soil, with perlite for better aeration, and I even taped a sheet of tracing paper to the window pane to keep the light bright but diffused! And my mother praised me, because the azalea is considered the most difficult indoor plant and my mother never brought rhododendrons to the house, so she could not give much advice
