Святкували ми одруження разом з моїми батьками і нашими друзями. Андрій С. подарував мені букет анемонів. Риба з Наталкою принесли набір келихів з чудового тонкого кришталю і їх дзвін був такий ніжний і мелодійний, що всі хто з них пили, звернули на це увагу! Страви в ресторані української кухні були настільки смачні, що вставати зі столу майже і не хотілося. Тільки інколи, коли робили перекур, я виходила разом із курцями. Моїм батькам все дуже сподобалося. І Сережа і друзі, їх жарти, тости. Андрій С. запропонував нам із Сережею дати при всіх один одному обіцянки і випити за це. Сережа обіцяв кохати мене все життя, і бути завжди поруч зі мною. Я обіцяла завжди робити його життя комфортним і дбати про нього. Ще нам бажали поважати один одного і мати спільні захоплення і інтереси. І ще багато чого бажали.

В якийсь момент вимкнули світло і увімкнули генератор, а жива музика із сусіднього залу продовжувала грати. Інколи було чути як за сусідніми столиками бажали незнайомі люди іншим незнайомим людям всього самого доброго і цінного в житті. І повз нас проходили якісь веселі і причепурені люди. Сонечко вже сідало, а можливості приготувати нам останню страву, хачапурі, на кухні ресторану так і не було. Але й без хачапурі всього було вдосталь. Тож із анемонами і бокалами ми неквапливо пішли до дому. По дорозі зустріли йоркширського тер'єра Мію, яка від радощів зустрічи стрибала на мої білі весільні джинси, сповзаючи по ним вниз і знов підстрибучи майже до краю блузки. Це було замість салютів на честь створення нової щасливої сім'ї! Спека потроху спадала. Але купатися на Дніпро так ніхто і не поїхав


We celebrated the wedding together with my parents and our friends. Andriy S. gave me a bouquet of anemones. The dishes in the Ukrainian restaurant were so delicious that I almost didn't want to get up from the table. Only sometimes, when they had a smoke break, I went out with the smokers. My parents liked everything very much. And Seryozha and friends, their jokes, toasts. Andriy S. suggested that Seryozha and I make promises to each other in front of everyone and drink for it. Seryozha promised to love me all my life and to be always by my side. I promised to always make his life comfortable and take care of him. They also wanted us to respect each other and have common hobbies and interests. And they wanted a lot more.

At one point, the lights were turned off and the generator turned on, while live music from a nearby venue continued to play. Sometimes you could hear strangers at nearby tables wishing other strangers all the best and most valuable things in life. And some cheerful and clingy people passed by us. The sun was already setting, and there was no opportunity to prepare our last dish, khachapuri, in the restaurant's kitchen. But even without khachapuri, there was plenty of everything. So with anemones and glasses we leisurely went home. On the way, they met the Yorkshire terrier Mia, who jumped on my white wedding jeans from the joy of the meeting, sliding down them and jumping up again almost to the edge of the blouse.
