hi everyone!!!!! another week full of stress is over an one moreґs in front of me!! god, iґm really looking forward to the semester holidays, i really need a brake!!
like i promised iґll translate my story about russia to english so here it is, the first little part!!
"holidays, finally!! i donґt think that thereґs just any student who doesnґt connect this phrase with fun and freedom for at least two months. iґm one of the few who doesnґt, at least this summer, because for me it means to lose very good friends for at least one year.
it all started at the beginning of this schoolyear, when our russian teacher said that she wants us to participate in an exchange with russia, to be more precise, an exchange with moscow. at first we were all against that, because as we thought, it was impossible to communicate properly with young people our age after learning russian for 3 years.
but anyway, it was decided so and the closer it came to leave for russia the more we were looking forward to it, because it meant, that we didnґt have to go to school for at least 12 days, so it was not bad. the fact that we were a small group, only 7 people, six of us were girls, made it even more comfortable for our teacher and also us. she did not have so much work to keep an eye on us and we had the chance to make closer friends with the exchange stundents.
so finally we left on the 1. of may from "schwechat" and went at first to prague for one day, because there was no other way to get cheap tickets, but anyway it gave us the chance to see prague and to get mentally ready for russia."
