Do you have a download link for Power Booleans for 3dsmax that works?

The Power Booleans here: http://snakeman.qu-zhou.com/3d/3dplugins/p/p.htm. I can not get the crack to work. When I try and use patch.exe a window comes up saying

"File (POPLib.dll) is different or was already patched. The Patch was not successful.

Can you get this patch to work? How?

I think this patch is for version 2.53 the version supplied in the .rar is 2.51.
