Hello again.

It has recently been announced that a new restaurant may be built in your neighborhood. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to explain your answer.

Another speaking training.
I'll post my independent essay tomorrow.

Outline.
Support
- tired
- not far away
- good service

I love to cook and eat homemade food. I cook almost every evening. But sometimes when I come home after a hard day, I feel so worn out that I need to simply go out and eat delicious food. But I have no such opportunity, because there are no restaurants in my neighborhood except McDonald's. So now I have to stay at home and cook or go downtown to eat in a restaurant.
In addition having a new restaurant next to the house would be very useful if I want to spend an evening with my family or friends without going far from home.
The lack of crowds and fast service are also advantages of the restaurant built in a such a quiet and remote from the city center area, like the one I live in.
That is why I strongly support an idea to built a restaurant in my neighborhood.

Some notes:

home food - perhaps, "homemade food" would fit better?
I need to simply go out - "I need to do" instead of "I need do".
there is are no restaurants - using "is" seems somehow incorrect to me, though there are cases when it's the one and only option. For example, "News" is always thought to bi a singular noun, not plural, while "restaurants" is most commonly a plural form.
to have having a new restaurant - as far as I know, both forms are said to be correct, but the -ing one is used more commonly in such phrases.

I'm sorry I tend to pay too much attention on grammar and all, but I really have no ideas what else to say. After all, it's strictly just your opinion, and you have a great style of telling it in a plain, easy-to-understand way, so there's not much of anything I could add or suggest. Maybe others would have more to say, while I don't

Tiny annoying thing
Jude homemade of course!)
I wrote having first, but decided that it's wrong.

Thank you!)
Don't worry. I need your help with grammatical mistakes, times, articles etc

you have a great style of telling it in a plain, easy-to-understand way thank you!!! That's what they want from our essays or speaking.

Then you're obviously doing good

I keep ignoring articles, never liked them in fact But noticed this one when reading your essay for the second time - "in a such a quiet". And, uhm, keep posting

oh, and another thing - I don't know whether "On the basics of these reasons" is really correct. I would say "Based on these reasons" instead.

Tiny annoying thing
Jude maybe "That is because..."?

Thank you.
I write every day, but unfortunately I have no time to post it

Interesting topic, I should say. But don't you think, if there is only one restaurant in your neighborhood, so there will be a lot of people though? Because it will be the only one and because of other people who also don't want to cook at home?

My notes:
I have no such opportunity - I would say "I don't have such an opportunity"
to eat in restaurant - to eat in a restaurant
with family or friends - with my family and friends
There must be "something" (an article or a pronoun) with every countable noun.

go downtown - it's more American English, is it ok for your exam?

SIRI But don't you think, if there is only one restaurant in your neighborhood, so there will be a lot of people though? Because it will be the only one and because of other people who also don't want to cook at home? Major point of my essays is that I AM LYING!
There are several restaurants in my neighbourhood
But I need to say something, so..))))

Tell me "I have no..." - is not a formal language, isn't it?

Thank you)

I forgot to ask German about american english. Fuck!

There must be "something" (an article or a pronoun) with every countable noun okay.

is not a formal language, isn't it? - I think so)) Besides, it's better to negate the verb.

Tiny annoying thing
SIRI Yeah, I agree with you. So it will be 'I don't have'
