Kyle Katarn has been training hundreds of Jedi singlehandedly. Without anyone noticing. People with lightsabers show up at the door of the Temple with a diploma signed by Kyle Katarn and the Council just sends them where they're needed.
Katarn personally flew all the way from Ossus to Coruscant. No ship or anything, just flapping his arms. And he still beat the rest of the strike team to Coruscant by several days.
Kyle Katarn does not "duel" the way other mortals might. Opponents swing their lightsabers at him, and Kyle plays along in the interest in politeness. If the number of opponents range in the hundreds, he may even choose to teach them humility.
